We believe your memories belong to you. Unlike many other photo editors, AutoFrame does not upload your photos to the cloud.

• Image Processing: All image analysis, subject detection, and scaling (using Apple's Vision Framework) is performed locally on your device.
• No Cloud Storage: We do not store, view, or host your personal photos or collages on our servers.

2. Information Collection and Use

The Application minimizes data collection. We categorize data into two types:

A. Data Processed Locally (Not Collected)

This data is used by the app to function but is never transmitted to our servers:

• Photos & Face Data: Accessed solely for the purpose of creating your collages.
• Location Metadata: Accessed locally from your photo library solely to read the "Date" and "Location" tags on your images for the "Auto-Date" feature. We do not track your device's real-time GPS location.

B. Data Collected by Third Parties (Functionality)

To provide specific features like subscriptions, we utilize trusted third-party services. These services may collect:

• Purchase History: To verify your active subscription status (Free vs. Pro).
• Device Identifiers: Anonymized IDs used to sync your subscription status.

3. Third-Party Access

We only share anonymized data with specific partners required to operate the app. We do not sell your data to advertisers.

RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage auto-renewable subscriptions. They handle the validation of your App Store receipts. They do not have access to your photos or personal contact information.

4. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

The Application uses on-device Artificial Intelligence (Apple Vision Framework) to detect subjects in your photos and scale them automatically.

• Local Execution: This AI runs entirely on your phone's processor.
• No Training: Your photos are not used to train our AI models or shared with external AI companies.

5. Children's Privacy

We understand that this Application is often used to document family growth and children.

• Family Safe: We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13.
• Zero Image Transfer: Because all image processing happens on your device, we never possess, view, or store images of your children.

6. Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device.

7. Data Retention Policy

• User Data: Since we do not require a login or account, we do not store your personal profile data.
• Subscription Data: Purchase records are retained by Apple and RevenueCat according to their retention policies to ensure you can restore your purchase if you change phones.

8. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
